Booking and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. This Booking & Refund Policy explains how we collect handle deposits, refunds, and cancelation.
1. Deposits
All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE non-transferable.
They are required to secure your appointment time and protect against last-minute cancellations or no-shows.Your deposit will go towards your remaining balance. If you reschedule, a new deposit is required to book a new time. Deposits cannot be used as store credit.
2. Refund
Our policy is no refunds. All packages and services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please inform us immediately so we can work towards a resolution, as client satisfaction is our top priority.
3. Appointment Cancellations
You, as the cardholder, may cancel your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Please note your deposit will be lost.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it will be regarded as a "Late cancellation," and you may be charged up to 50% of the remaining balance of your scheduled service(s). If you, the cardholder, fail to contact us to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will also incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
