Booking and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. This Booking & Refund Policy explains how we collect handle deposits, refunds, and cancelation.

1. Deposits

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE If you decide not to keep your appointment, your deposit will be converted into store credit for future bookings.

2. Refund

Our policy is no refunds. All packages and services are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please inform us immediately so we can work towards a resolution, as client satisfaction is our top priority.

3. Appointment Cancellations

You, as the cardholder, may cancel your appointment without incurring a cancellation fee if you do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, it will be regarded as a "Late cancellation," and you may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service(s). If you, the cardholder, fail to contact us to cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours notice or do not show up for your appointment, you will also incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
